With the widespread adoption of video dailies, filmmakers lost the consistency and predictability of their trusted film dailies and work prints.  Today’s workflow forces you to see your movie in different forms- video resolution and color for dailies and editorial, HDTV for previews- and you don’t see your movie in film color space until you get to the DI suite.   The accurateIMAGE (aIM) solution provides trustworthy, predictable film images from day one - so that everyone sees the same picture through the process.  Creative color decisions are carried through the process, using the ASC CDL.  With aIM, every color correction step counts towards the final product.

The aIM dailies package provides Digital Cinema quality pictures on location.  That’s because the player is built on Kodak’s digital cinema server platform.  And our experienced technicians calibrate and set it up for you at your production location.  You can judge lighting and focus with the same confidence that you had with film dailies.  The printer lights feature is like having a lab on location.  “Print” your pictures up or down, see the full range of the negative.
